ScoreQuiz Email Pre Text

Regarding :
- Component quizzez / User Email Details / Email Pre Text

Problemdesciption:
The default text is
This HTML text will appear to the user,
if they select to receive their results by email,
or the Radio Button "Always Send Email to User", above, is set to Yes.

Whatever I change in the default text or even when completely deleted, it doesn't seem to store that in the database although it looks it does while still on the page.
But as soon as I leave the page and come back the default text re-appears.

I'm sorry to hear that.
So, to make sure I understand, you are take the following steps:
1. Open a Quiz for editing
2. Go to User Email Details tab
3. Change the Email Pre Text
4. Click Save or Save & Close.
5. Reopen Quiz and text is reset.

Is that correct?

Which editor are you using? Can you please try a different default editor by changing it in the Global Configuration?

Yes, the procedure is correct, to be precise, the change I make is delete the default text.
I am using TinyMCE as editor, very standard.

I have seen this in the past, that if a text is completely removed, then the default kicks in.
Please leave a white space, or a new line and try again.
