Hi!
I added joomla articles and text to the knowledge base. But when I ask about specific infos, which are part of the knowledge base or an article the answer shows that this information is not processed.
The assistant hat the plugins Search Knowledge and Smart Search are activated.
Debug output for both test with 'Search for a word' which matching exactly the article name and the knowledgebase item (s. attachment).

The assistant instructions working fine.

Any idea how to proceed?

Kind Regards,
Marc

Hi Marc,
First of all, good job debugging this issue so far! I'm impressed!

Does the same problem occur if you search the knowledge base using the back-end view?
To try it, navigate to Components > ChatGPT Assistant Pro > Knowledge Base and write your search word in the Search input.
I just want to see if there's something wrong with the database searching function, or if that works.

By the way, the same debug output can be seen in the front-end, if you open the Javascript console (Ctrl + Shift + I, or F12 in Chrome).
If the assistant invokes the tool, you'll see these debug lines showing up.

Thanks again.

Hi Christopher,

I tried search input in the backend under Knowledge Base with the same Keyword.

Using only one word for search matched all knowledgebase item which contain this word, but using two or more words nothing happened.

Don't know if you could work with that feedback?!

Can you send me temporary admin access to see that?
I can't replicate it.
