Predefined Questions to start conversation

Hi! I think a could feature is to offer the user some predefined question to ask via click. I have seen this on chatgpt.com like:

- I am new here, how could you help me...
- etc.

I think this would be a nice way to offer an easy entrance for a new conversation with new visitiors.

This is an excellent suggestion!
So, would you like to see them like floating buttons in the chat area, or as part of the initial message?
Feel free to elaborate on your idea.

I think this should be show after the inital welcome message, so that the user could click on one of the suggested question instead of typing one to start the conversation.

Ok, I'm noting this down for implementation.
