Hello Andrew and thank you for posting.
Are you using some kind of cache? Please try to exclude MyShortlist from that.
Also, please update to the latest version, which I released today, because I have made some fixes. I would like to know if this problem continues.

Resolved that problem and learnt something in the process
Been round the traps since before Mambo and never used the specific cache disabling function.
