Problems with two nspro subscribe boxes on one page in mobile

This site has Chris's nspro subscribe form in the footer of all pages, however it is also halfway down the home page.
So on the home page there are 2 subscribe forms, meaning two different modules.

Subscribing on a desktop at the higher (halfway down the home page) form works fine.

On both my mobile test devices, the form halfway down has a non-responsive "submit" , even if it is enlarged.
If I go to the bottom nspro form, it will submit but the subscribe message stays the same after submit and the "after submit" message appears on the half-way down box!

I cannot find anyway round this, please assist, thank you

Hello Sean. I am sorry for not responding earlier to this post.
Can you please check with the latest version? We have fixed a few issues related to the subscribe form.

Also, please make sure that each form has its own unique form ID in its options.
