Double Opt-Out email not sent

Hi!

We want to send a Double Opt-Out email.

We have created a newsletter scheduled "As unsubscription confirmation" but it is not sent.

Do you know why?

Are you using the {link:UNSUB} smart text? If yes, then this link is supposed to delete the subscriber right away, without confirmation, as it is clicked from within the email.
The unsubscription confirmation email is sent when subscribers use the unsubscribe form.

Is this perhaps the problem?

How can I use the unsubscribe form?

There is currently no link from the email that requires another confirmation. You can simply create a hidden menu item of type NS Pro > Unsubscribe form and add a link to that.
If for example the menu item is yoursite.com/unsubscribe, you can add a link to that location. The only drawback is that subscribers will have to fill in their email address again.
