When option to check the 'Accept Terms Checkbox' is enabled and the user does not ticked it in the frontend, there is no form validation message informing about that.
Yesterday I released an update for NS Pro, with various fixes and updates.
I will check this in a few days.

I have not been able to replicate what you sid.
I tried the module variation with the Accept Terms checkbox in
this demo page
.
I left the checkbox unchecked and got the expected error saying "Please accept the terms of service" and the form was not posted.
Can you please make sure you use the latest version and let me know if the problem persists on your end?
