I think you may know that already, but I'm going to write it anyway.
In the NS Pro Component Options, you can set a Delay per Newsletter, which sets the amount of seconds between each sending. Given that you have 14 emails per second, perhaps you could set that delay to 1 second, and then you could theoretically increase the emails per send to 45, and still have sendings every minute. Or you could have 135 emails per send, and sendings every 3 minutes. The usual php timeout limit is 300 seconds (5 minutes) so 3 minutes is ok, and having it send in larger intervals (than 1m) will not add so many sending entries in your log.
Let me know if that helps!

Yes, I have seen this setting, and I think, I will also play around with it. Thanks for mentioning.
Cheers, Chris

I have a similar problem sending emails using SMTP server.
In my case Mailchimp an Mailrelay.
The send process stucks before finish.
Sending logs says: Previous Sending session still active.
But no more emails sent.
I go to the Sending session and, if I push the button "Clear sending status", it continues in the next cron job.

Hello Pablo,
You should not click on "Clear Sending Status", but "Mark as finished" in the Sending session. I believe that's what you meant, but I wanted it to be clear for future readers.
Clearing the sending status will RESET the newsletter and start sending to all recipients from the beginning.
If you want NS Pro to automatically mark a session as finished, you can adjust the "Abandoned Session Interval" in the Component Options and set it to something like 15 or 30 minutes, depending on the "minutes interval" you set for your newsletters.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
