Improved send test newsletter was created by Brendan
I've found if I want to send a test newsletter to several people its slow. The left side "Send Newsletter to email address" seems to not accept multiple addresses, and the right side is unusable without a search filter. If I could filter then I could narrow down by name, or domain etc. Even having a shortlist of way of having favorites be at the top since it will only be a handful of users I will always be sending a pre-approval for.

Hi again Brendan.
The most common practice is to send a test to yourself until the content is ready for approval.
Once the content is ready for approval, you assign the newsletter to a hidden mailing list (one that is not published, see previous discussions) and click Send from the newsletter manager.
Once you get your approval, you click "Clear Sending Status" for this newsletter and assign the actual mailing lists.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks again!
