0 - Call to a member function getFields() on boolean was created by Gary Copping

I have just updated to the latest version of Rapid Contact EX and every page on the site which contained the Contact form had stopped working with the error message in the Subject Title of this post. I have disabled the Contact form on all pages and they all now work. Can you please look into this and let me know how to correct the situation so that I can once again display the Contact form.
