sent messages tripple sent

Hi,
first of all, thank you very much for making this Module, pretty neat and pretty awesome for the Price.

for me its working almost as it should.

When I send an email using the Form the Email gets to the recipient but 3 times, I get 3 confirmations. What could it be?

I was unable to visit your page. However, please examine the following things:
1. Is the form included only once? If there are multiple modules, or the menu item also shows the form, this could result in the email being sent multiple times, unless you use the Form ID option in the menu item/module options.
2. Are you including the module using a third-party extension? Some extensions may run the module code multiple times before including it.
