Multiple Checkboxes - Only one choice allowed

As mentioned in the subject, is it possible to offer multiple checkboxes, with only one choice allowed, but optional?

At the moment, this is not possible without extra code. Since this is a unique use-case, you could write some custom JavaScript code to perform this action.

If you need help in writing this piece of code, I could possibly write it myself. Please send me an email with the URL of the contact form and the checkboxes you would like this to apply to, and I could send you the code to add in your template or using a separate extension to add it to that page.
