Can not save config options in Admin - PLEASE HELP

Hi
I just purchased Simple Quiz and i can not save the Options after i set them.
It gives a 403 Error if i try to save it.
Using Joomla 4
Looking at the backend tables i cant find the options table either or where they are saved.
Is there a table missing ...?
Please help asap as i cant afford another extension.

All extension options are saved within the #__extensions table, not their own.

Can you please tell me what you are trying to do? I need more information to be able to help.

I have narrowed down the issue to be related to the Supervisor User Groups option.
It is in the Component Options of SimpleQuiz, in the Result Settings tab.
For some reason, your server does not accept the default 1=1,2,3,4 value in the Supervisor User Groups. I have replaced it with the number 1 and it works now, but you need to pass this on to your server and let them know.
