Problems with languages

Hello.
1) In the admin panel and on the site I see language constants instead of the values ​​of these constants.
The same problem is in the module on the site. I created two overrides for it. But it would be good if the language files worked. In debugging the language I do not see errors in the language file.
What should I do?

Is it possible to update your Joomla version to the latest 4.4.13, or is that out of the table?

Thank you. I updated Joomla to version 4.4.13 and it helped with language constants.

But there are other questions related to the language. I created 3 modules (for each language) and added files:
lt-LT.mod_chatgpt_assistant_pro.ini (in language/lt-LT)
lv-LV.mod_chatgpt_assistant_pro.ini (in language/lv-LV)

But the module does not take into account languages. I enabled language debugging but I do not see errors in the language files. What am I doing wrong?
