Results from FAQ page are not showing?

I have SmartSearch enabled, indexed, and plugin Pro version enabled. 
I also tried adding the page separately in the Toolkit. But from the 20+ FAQs, only 8 are found and added to the knowledge base.
How can I improve this?
Why is the connection with SmartSearch not working?

Hello Paul and thank you for posting!

When using the Smart Search index, you do not need to import questions from your articles into the knowledge base.
If the requested information is available in the articles with proper keywords, the assistant will be able to find it without creating a knowledge base.

To ensure that the assistant does that, you should start from the ground up. Create a new assistant and assign only the SmartSearch - Search for Information tool.
Write some simple instructions, like:
Code:
You are ..., a helpful assistant. You always provide answers by searching for information with the available tools. If no results are found, try similar keywords. When uncertain, ask for clarification and don't speculate.

If having a simple assistant like that provides no answers, we can enable some other debug tools to see what's wrong.

It would be great if you could have a look with the admin. I have created a new assistant assigned to SmartSearch.
I tried it with the following question: "Why doesn't my PowerPoint work?"
If I search in SmartSearch, I am getting the right result, but with the Assistant, I am getting a generic answer to my query.
