translate captcha question

At the end of the quiz appears a question. Is there any way to translate it or remove it?

Hello Miguel and thank you for posting.
You can select whether to show an anti-spam question or a Captcha, and also change which Anti-spam questions to show from the Menu item options.
There is a field named "Anti-Spam Question Bank" where you can edit your questions (and thus also translate them) and below, there's an option to show anti-spam questions, a captcha or no anti-spam method at all.
