Also what about receiving the message 3 times - it happened to me requesting a copy and also to my user who the contact message was sent to?

I thought that when Dashlane was disabled, the multiple emails issue was fixed.

Thanks for the response.

I have figured out what the problem is. After I send the message the screen is left in the "Thank you for your message" display. I was then pressing F5 to refresh the browser page to show the original display and this action sends the message again. Also it didn't change to the original display, I had to select the menu option to display the orignal screen.

Is there any way to not send the message again when F5 is pressed? I don't think this is critical but it would help if possible.

I don't know how this happened again, and I apologize.

I know why this happens, and there is a way to prevent it. I will add this as a note for implementation.
