I have purchased Ns Pro but when I login/Connect/My Purchases I get the message "Sorry, you have not placed any orders yet".
Since this is the method of getting updates could you please assist? Please let me know if you require any additional details.

Thank you for posting.
Lately, Paypal has invented yet another way of crashing our systems. Transactions do not complete directly, but are kept in a "pending" state for about 24 hours, which leads many systems to break. While this wasn't exactly the case with your account, I wrote this for future readers.
I'm not sure what went wrong with your purchase, but I have associated it, now, with your account and you should be able to see it under "My Purchases".
