PopFeed/Rapid Contact Ex not working after upgrade

Hi,

Here's my setup:
Joomla:3.6.4
PHP:5.6
Rapid Contact Ex (module published)
PopFeed (plugin published)
Site Cache:Disabled

I am using SMTP as the Mail option. The test mail functionality sends the mail correctly. The Rapid Contact Ex module is placed on the Contact Us page, and it also sends the mail correctly to my inbox.

Popfeed says mail is sent, but these mails are not reaching my inbox actually. Could you help regarding this?

Forgot to add: Popfeed automatic is disabled, and I manually pasted the tags into pages.

Hello Jack and thank you for posting.

If the only thing you did was upgrade and they are not working, then you should probably just update the extensions, too.
Please download the latest version for both, and install over to check if they are working correctly.

Thanks for the quick response. Actually, I previously had Rapid Contact Ex installed, and that is working fine after the upgrade.

I installed PopFeed yesterday. And have not been able to get it working. It says "Thank you for your feedback" on the article, but I am not receiving any mails.

I see. Would you like to post or send me a screenshot of your PopFeed plugin options?
