Rapid Contact Ex not showing as a Module Type

Rapid Contact Ex not showing as a Module Type was created by Gary Copping

In Joomla 3.6.5 I have installed Rapid Contact Ex, can see the Field Manager and have set up the fields. However when I go to create the module the module type Rapid Contact Ex does not appear so I cannot select it to create the module.

Can you please help me with this?

Hello Gary and thank you for posting.

You have either installed just the component (com_rapidcontactex.zip) or installing the package failed.
Please try to install again, using the full package (pkg_rapidcontactex.zip).
