Latest Update

Following your email I don't seem to be able to download the update. When I go to my purchases it says I have exceeded the max number of downloads and doesn't allow me to get the latest version. Am I looking in the wrong place? Can you please point me in the right direction?

This means that your subscription has finished, as more than one year has passed since your purchase.
A new purchase has to be made. I suggest subscribing for automatic renewals, as this allows you to always stay up to date and protects you from any change in prices.
