Hello Andrew and thank you for posting.
I'm not sure what happened exactly, but as far as I can see in your account, you have changed your email address to web.admin at your .com.au website, and your username is your gmail. So, you may want to try this combination, or change your account's email to your gmail again.
Please remember that your username is not Andrew. It's your gmail.
For anyone else reading this post, you need to specify your Mavxr.com credentials in MyShortlist Options, so that the Updater detects your susbcription.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the prompt response
My settings
1. This site:
Name: Andrew
Username: xxx@gmail.com
2. Module Updater Options
PayPal Email - xxx@gmail.com
Username: xxx@gmail.com
3. Site System Email
web.admin at my .com.au
Why in 2 do I have my name in the updater options I have no idea when the settings are as they show here.
What has 3. email got to do with anything?
I can change all this directly via the database but figure, as you've indicated, this is useful for others.
Thanks

Here's how it should work:
Mavxr.com Details
1. Nickname: Andrew
2. Username: xyz@gmail.com
3. Email: web.admin@yoursite.com.au
I don't know how or why your .com.au email was registered as your account's email address.
So, that makes your Updater Options the following:
Updater Options
1. Username: xyz@gmail.com
2. Email: web.admin@yoursite.com.au
In the vast majority of cases, and when everything is created automatically, the Paypal email address is used as the Mavxr.com account email address. This is why the Updater asks for your "paypal" email, but in reality it needs your Mavxr.com account email address.
If you want, you can change that email address in Mavxr.com to your Gmail address, to avoid any further mix-up.
Thanks again
