i found in module with dropdown i only display list and in module in item i display only button

oh just a light questio its possible to display My Shortlist ยป MyShortlist Default Layout for none registred user ? (in cookie mode)

You just have to create a menu item of type MyShortlist Default layout. No options required for this to work. It just shows the saved lists, exactly like the modules do.
