MyShortlist is already integrated with EasyBlog and AcyMailing, so you actually don't need to do anything about that!
As for starting to work with MyShortlist, you simply have to enable the module in the pages you would like to have it, so that you get familiar with how it works.
Please note that the Add to Favorites button will only appear on single item pages by default, like the EasyBlog item, or the Acymailing newsletter.
