Final user Favorites was created by Jose
Hello, I am trying to set a favorites list,
I have two modules that show up on each category, one for classes, other for programs (which are a set of classes)
each one add to a fixed list, My Classes one, My Programs the other.
I need an option to create a menu that displays just My Classes and or Just My Programs.
Currently I am able to select the layout that shows everything but is not calling the lists, it shows both lists but no differentiation, or option so say this is part of My Programs or part of My Classes.
I am using YooTheme, Joomla 5.1.2 and My ShortList latest available at this moment.
The site is in stage.sunsetbeachpilates.com, users need to have an account to be able to add to favorites.
please help
kind regrds,
jose.

Hello Jose and thank you for posting.
Having two modules with fixed lists requires that you have set a Fixed List ID for each.
When you have the list id set in the module, you can do the same in the menu item and only show a fixed list, using the Options tab in the menu item edit page.
One thing that you may want to consider is the way you include the module. If you include it somewhere from within Yootheme, make sure that its options are correctly passed through, by changing the favorites list name, to make sure that the options are effective. If they are not, you may want to try setting the modules to a standard template position.
Let me know if you need more help.

I have been truing this, but, the list require a user to be created and get the ID for it. is there a way to set a menu that shows each user his/hers own favorites? the site is here:
