pdf generating

Hi,

Last year, during phase 1 of my project (which was unsuccessful), I managed to generate PDFs with my shortlist 1.
I am resuming the project with myshortlist2 (new licence) and the PDF button does not work.
I ran a test on a new site with sample data, and I get the same result: I press the PDF button and nothing happens.
Is there something specific that needs to be enabled? (The tcpdf library is loaded and enabled.)
