Community Builder: Add Favorite with own profile possible, and it gives error

As mentioned in the previous posts, the other user solved it by hiding the button module in the visitor's profile page.
If that is not possible, we can solve it, but I would need to see a URL, and possibly some temporary admin credentials to test with debug options.

I did the same thing but it took me awhile to figure out how to do it. I am posting the solution so that others will not have to spend hours trying to figure it out.

Use CB Conditional with the following conditions.
Display: Field conditional hide
Field: Users
User: Viewing User
Operator: Is
Value: [user_id]
On: Profile View
