How to configure TCPDF

Hi! I'm wanting to enable PDF downloads of a shortlist and are having a hard time configuring it. I wonder if you could please give me some pointers?

- I downloaded TCPDF from https://github.com/tecnickcom/tcpdf

- Unzipped it

- Uploaded the pakage to ~/public/libraries/tcpdf

If I press the 'download PDF' button on the front end of the site, nothing seems to happen. I don't see any errors in the console, or in the site logs.

I'm using the default configuration file that came with TCPDF.

You approached it in a very tech savvy way. Unfortunately, reporting what went wrong is not so easy.
Try to delete the directory you created under /libraries and please install the attached, which includes a compatible version.

I deleted the library I had installed and replaced it with the files you attached. So far this hasn't changed what happens when clicking the download PDF button.

To rule out possible conflicts with other extensions on this site, I also installed MyShortlist and the TCPDF extension on a fresh Joomla site and the result seems to be the same.

As before, I'm not seeing errors in console or the server logs that might help the troubleshooting.

Both the live site and my fresh Joomla site are running php7.2.

Do you have any other suggestions to try and troubleshoot the cause?

Hi again. I'm sorry it took so long, but it turns out that there was indeed an error with the PDF functionality.
It is now fixed and I just published the release.
Please let me know if it works now.

Hello i have also installed your com_tcpdf_for_myshortlist but it was something wrong, when i click on pdf generator button I got this error message:
Something went wrong with creating the PDF file. Please try again later.

Can you please give me some more details? Which extensions are you using with MyShortlist? Which Joomla version are you using? Did you have TCPDF installed from any other source, or did you first install it by downloading it from this topic?
