Thank you for your suggestions. Perhaps you're overthinking it. NS Pro is much simpler than what you describe.

Adding a send test email button is indeed a good idea. We'll see what we can do.

Regarding automatic sending.
The timezone is your server's timezone, or your Joomla website's timezone if one is set in your Global Configuration. It's the same timezone that shows up when you create an article or anything else in your site.

You do not need to click Send. Just schedule your newsletter at a date and time and wait for it to send. You can schedule it yesterday if you want it to start immediately and you're not sure about your website's timezone.

It will send 240 emails (Emails per Send field) every 30 minutes.

We have tried to make NS Pro as similar and native to Joomla as possible. We are always open to suggestions and I honestly appreciate your feedback.

One small additional note regarding the 30 minutes I wrote above. When you create a cron job key, our system triggers your website so that NS Pro sends your scheduled emails. This is a huge simplification on the cron job task setup and script development required to perform that action.

As a simplification, we have set it to trigger your website every 30 minutes. If you want to set a different time schedule, feel free to download the example script from the cron job key generator page mentioned above and customize it as much as you want.

I didn't find anywhere that "Email will be sent every 30 minutes".
And also there is in countdown timer between the automatic emails.

So 40 minutes passed and the email was not send to 240 recipients.
In which email shall I send you login details so that you can check it?

Thank you.

Something is blocking the NS Pro trigger URL.
Our trigger system reports the following error for your website:
The requested URL returned error: 403

Perhaps you have AdminTools or something similar protecting your website.
You should add an exception for the URL index.php?option=com_nspro&task=docronjobs

I have no idea how to add an exception.

Again this is chinese for me.

I don't have AdminTools or anything similar. I only have Cloudflare with the minimum things that every website has.

And I am not sure that I  have even set up the Newsletter correctly.  Because since it is sending manual newsletter (240 emails), maybe it didn't send the next 240 emails because I didn't understand something.

How can I understand if it is sending email or not if it is not saying that: "The next newsletter will be send in X minutes" ?

There should be a button "Send Automatic newsletter now" , without scheduling and we should be allowed to send every 20 or 10 minutes.

So the only thing left is that I send you an email with the login credentials and go and check what is the problem. This is included in the Support.

Thank you for posting.

Configuring your website's security is beyond support for a Joomla extension. Whether you use Cloudflare or any other service, what you currently have is not standard Joomla behavior.

However, please go ahead and do send me a temporary super user account, so that I can check and see if there's anything I can do to help.
If this needs to be configured from your Cloudflare options, I'm afraid that I can't help you with it.

You may use my email me@mavxr.com to create my account.
Thanks again!
