When did my subscription expire? was created by Mary
I went to update my NS Pro installation from the website, and discovered that apparently our subscription had expired. The list of of the subscription disappeared, so we don't know when it went away. And we don't know if there is a renewal discount of which we might take advantage. 

Rather than deleting or unpublishing the subscription, why don't you leave the record of it in our profile so we know how and when to act?

Hello Mary Alice and thank you for posting!

Unfortunately, the third-party extension we use to sell our extensions has certain limitations that we cannot control.
To ensure that your license does not expire, you may choose the subscription plan while purchasing, which auto-renews with 30% discount.

Your NS Pro installation is not affected when your license expires. When an update is available, you can choose to renew at that time.
