nothing is triggerred 30 mn after the first send, i have to send it manually ; i have not regenerated a key .. have i to ?

NS Pro allows you to send newsletters manually if you wish to. That is what you do when you click Send.
Your sending plan is indicated in the Newsletter Edit page, under the Sending Details where it probably says something like:

Sending Plan
NS Pro will send 70 emails, manually, every time you click the Send button.

It is also visible in the Newsletters page, under the Sending Status, where it probably says something like:

Sending Status
⏸️ Manual - Pending

If you want your newsletter to be sent automatically, open the Newsletter Edit page, and in the Sending Details choose "Scheduled on date/time" and set the date.
If you want sending to start immediately, set the date to the past. It doesn't matter when it starts, as long as it starts before now.

Then your Newsletters page will say something like:

Sending Status
🕙 Scheduled
Dec 15, 2025 10:00

Then your newsletter sending will be triggered automatically every 30 minutes.

ok what your mean is this work ONLY on schedule choice ?

Partial automated sending is only triggered for scheduled sendings, yes.

Other sendings are made either manually, or on specific events (e.g. welcome after subscription, etc).
