Sure will do. Another thought: The site in question runs Joomla 6.0.2. NS Pro seems to run fine. I suppose it couldn't be because of that?

That is actually the problem.
NS Pro is not yet tested on J6. It may work on compatibility mode, but I haven't released an official J6 version, yet.
It is one of my top priorities, so it should be out soon.
