sending process finished but only send to 37% of list

Dear Christofer,
Yesterday our secretary sent the latest newsletter to the default mailing list. I did receive the newsletter but she didn't receive it. In the dashboard I see that sending status is Finished, but Sent 17 | 37%.
Restarting doesn't resolve, then it sais Finished, no new itens sent.

Is there a way to send the newsletter to the remaining subscribers or should I clear the sending status. But then those 37 would receive it again, won't they?

What's the best way forward?

If you clear the sending status, all recipients will receive it again.
