Forced Mail List Selection on Front End Newsletter Creation

This is a feature request.  Would it be possible to have a global config option (or otherwise) to force an editor to choose at least one mail-list when a newsletter is created in the front end?

I have bunch of editors who repeatedly forget to set this resulting in newsletters going to all subscribers rather than a target mail-list.

(I guess another approach is a global option that newsletters with no mail-list go nowhere rather than to all).

We are really happy with the NSPro plugin.

I would like to let you know that this feature got implemented and will be included in the next release of NS Pro.
It now includes an option in the menu item to require the selection of a mailing list in the editor.

Let me know if you would like to try it before official release.
