This is a feature request. Would it be possible to have a global config option (or otherwise) to force an editor to choose at least one mail-list when a newsletter is created in the front end?
I have bunch of editors who repeatedly forget to set this resulting in newsletters going to all subscribers rather than a target mail-list.
(I guess another approach is a global option that newsletters with no mail-list go nowhere rather than to all).
