Accents not displayed in mailing lists user profile

We have mailing lists with acute accents, but they are not displayed when you active user plugin.

Nor when user registration or editing profile.

So, you mean that you have some users with acute accents in their names and they are not synced with the NS Pro subscribers, or that the accents are lost when they are saved?
