When I try and check the spam score I get the message "Your IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) is not an authorized user IP. You can add it to your account if necessary."
I searched for instructions on setting this up but could not find any information, can you help please.

You may try their service for free by visiting their website and using out toolkit to send to their temporary email address and evaluate the score of up to 3 test sendings.
