Bounce check failing was created by Brendan
When I first set it up the bounce check worked, now after sending a newsletter its failing.  This is the error I see.

Bounce Check Error: Could not connect. Please check the Bounce Check Options with your host. Undefined property: stdClass::$parts /var/www/mysite.com/components/com_nspro/helpers/cronjobhelper.php:206

Any idea what is happening?

Hi Brendan,

Can you please open the blamed file and replace line 206 with the following:
Code:
if (!isset($structure->parts) || (!$structure->parts)) {

Let me know if that fixes it.
Thanks again.

Thanks Chris, that helped and it now appears to continue checking. I then encountered nginx/fastcgi timeout issues, once I resolved that I see the check takes around 2 minutes but comes back with "Bounce Check completed: Found 0 bounce(s). Processed 0 subscriber(s)." However when I manually inspect the inbox I see there are 602 emails with half been bounce/undeliverable emails.

I'm surprised I'm the only one having this issue, is it somehow unique because of my email provider?

Certain email providers may not include the required headers that NS Pro includes to identify bounces. Would you like to attach or send me one of those emails so that I can check?

Thanks again.
