I have the problem for scheduled newsletter. In the newsletter. I'm using joomla 5 and nspro 4.0.3226. In Jommla setting timezone is "Berlin".
When I save a scheduled newsletter and look into the database the time is Berlin time (not UTC) so the dsame time as I chose in the scheduled newsletter.. But in the frontend newsletter list and in the backend newsletter list the scheduled time s UTC time.How can I set in NSPRO that the time should be Berlin time, so setting the timezone? I alreday tried it in the options setting with "setlocale(LC_TIME,'de_DE').
Would begreat if you can help because now due to summertime sending of newsletters is after 2 two hours.

All dates are designed to be saved in UTC, so I wonder if there's any setting in your user profile (apart from the global configuration locale) that could affect that.
Can you try and seeanf the same happens with another backend user?
