How to remove "Send Me A Copy"

I am enjoying how simple this is to use. However, wondered if there is a way to remove the "Send Me A Copy" function as some of the forms I am creating don't require this?

Rapid Contact Ex is designed to be a simple component that works as a Field pool, and then select fields to present in different forms.
This means that you create all your fields in the Field Manager and then select your fields for each of your forms.

How do you create forms? By either creating a menu item or a module.
In each of these, you may need to have some separate options.
So, these options can be configured from either the menu item options or the module options.
