Error in form - No recipient specified

Hi, i am receiving an error on the bottom of the form 'No recipient specified' .. all details in the module are complete

I'm suspecting that you have created two forms on the same page, but only configured one of them.
If this is a Rapid Contact Ex menu item, then you don't need to also have a module below it.
if on the other hand, this is a module that you configured, you can show it with any type of menu item. E.g. above or below a Contact us article.
