Class "Rapidcontactex\Component\Rapidcontactex\Site\Helper\Uri" not found was created by Herman Aben

The error Class "Rapidcontactex\Component\Rapidcontactex\Site\Helper\Uri" not found still exists in the newest version 3.1.1100
To solve this problem at this moment I installed an earlier version again.
When will te fix be available?
