Pagination in Quiz control and Question control is not functioning correctly.
Suppose, I am in Question control and the 'filter' for questions is set to "all questions".
Pagination shows me that there are 3 pages with questions.
Fine now I set the filter to one specific quiz which ha only a small number of questions. (These can be shown in 1 page...)
As soon as the filter is set, the pagination remains as if there are still 3 pages. Furthermore, if I would have selected page number 3 before setting the filter, the pagination shows 3 pages but no questions are visible on this 'non-existent page 3.
