Problem with the e-mail title

Hello,
Since a few days, the e-mail title (when a user finish a quiz) changed.
Before it was something like that: Someone completed your quiz! - Quiz: Stress 10
And now it is: Someone completed your quiz!
So, the part at the end (- Quiz: Stress 10) is now missing.
Any idea about a solution?

Hello Laurent and thanks for bringing that up.

In order to allow administrators to customize the email title, we had to make a change that is not always 100% backwards compatible.
Please open your Component Options and in the Email Settings tab, change the existing Quiz Complete Mail Subject (should be Someone completed your Quiz!) to Someone completed your quiz: [quiz_name]!
Feel free to edit it according to your preferences.
