Not working: "Extra fields regarding the User details"

Regarding to your instructions:

1: How to add extra fields regarding the User details? You can add extra fields in the Component Options. Specifically, you can find an option called "Include Extra Fields". Switch that to "Yes".Just below, you will see an option called "Extra Fields". You can write the Extra fields you want in the following format:

Example:

Date of Birth;date;required

BUT: Even if I switch to yes, there is no "Extra Fields" where I can write the Extra fields to. 
Where and how can I add extra fields?
Please assist.

The Extra fields are global and can be found in the Component Options. (button Options on the top right)

We have not yet implemented a field to edit them per quiz.

Ah, that means I cant create individual fiels atm?

You can't create different fields per quiz. You may create custom fields that can be optionally included in a single quiz or not.
