How to add scores to my radio button answers,

do i add the score to this or somewhere else ?

Hi Mark! No problem. Thank you for finding out on your own.
For future reference, to assign a specific score for certain options, we have to choose the type "Score Radio Button" for the question, instead of simple "Radio Button".
