Answer options disappear

When opening up a quiz the answer options aren't shown, just the question and the next-button.

I apologize for the late response. I had an accident and have limited availability for some time. 

I just accessed the page, but the original link redirected me to the home page saying I have no access, even though I logged in to the administrator.

So I tried to access the raw component view via index.php?option=com_simplequiz and your quiz seems to work well. I can't replicate the issue.

Feel free to share a video or a screenshot and let me know how to view the issue myself.

You should be able to login, checked your credentials 

If you click on the top menu "?" there's a short list of quizzes. Try the top one "Modul 1" . This is how question 2 looks.

I logged in and saw questions 2 to 4. If you check the question text on the first question and the question texts on the other questions, you will notice that the question options are not included in the "Answer" field, but rather in the "Question Text" field.
SimpleQuiz allows you to completely customize how your question looks. That's why you get an editor to place your options in whatever way you like.
On the left, there are examples that you can directly use and customize until you get accustomed with SimpleQuiz.

So, to summarize, the "Answer" field is only meant to include the correct answer.
The "Question Text" field must include both the question itself and its options.
