limits recipient was created by philippeg01
hi,
i use nrpro with Brevo ( ex; sendiblue).
Apparently i am limited to 70 recipient per sent; in my case i have 88 recipients; nspro pro stop after 70 without an explanation and said "terminated".
If i want treat le whole number i need to limite 50 per sent, send the first batch and when the first batch is terminated send the second manually , in the case i can send all my 88 recipient.
IS there anpther way to do that in an only one sent ?
Offcialy Brevo allow me 300 recipients per day but limit le amount of recipient i can to him in one batch to 70   ..

Hello philippeg01 and thank you for posting!

This is common behavior, especially with cloud services like Amazon or in your case, Brevo.
NS Pro does not set a hard limit on emails. Instead, it uses a couple of options to allow you full control of your sendings.
Let me break them down for you:

Emails Per Send
This option allows you to set how many emails will be sent each time the sending process is triggered, either manually or automatically using our cron job service .
Our cron job service triggers your website every 30 minutes, so you can schedule a newsletter to be sent, and set 50 emails per send. Then, within 30 minutes your newsletter will be sent to all 88 recipients.

Sending Delay per Newsletter
In the Component Options (button Options on the top right of the NS Pro views in your administrator panel), under the Advanced tab, you can find this option.
If Brevo requires you to only send a specific amount of emails within a given timeframe, you can leverage this option to delay the sending process.
Example: If Brevo allows you to send only 10 emails per minute, you could set the Sending Delay per Newsletter to 6 seconds. Then NS Pro will send an email, and wait 6 seconds before sending the next one.
This results in a total of 10 emails per minute. If your server allows the PHP script to run for enough time, you could send all 88 emails within 8.8 minutes.
Generally speaking, though, servers only allow PHP scripts to run up to 5 minutes (300 seconds), and it's recommended not to reach that, because the process is killed halfway through.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if you need more information!

I think, what you are looking for is setting up a cron job. NS Pro can do that for you, you just have to follow instructions on this page . There are also explanations in the help file you'll find in the about section in the back end.

Cheers, Chris

Hi there,

It should start working now.
It was a mix of issues - you submitted your website with a trailing slash, but I recently updated parts of the triggering system and forgot to remove trailing slashes.
Then again, your site removes the index.php part of the URL, and it also doesn't work with two slashes next to each other, so...
Everything is fixed now, so if you schedule a newsletter, you should see it sending within 30 minutes.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
